When Jill asks Tim to record her speech for a library function, he inadvertently records himself with the Harry and Eddie at the hardware store all calling their wives boring. Tim, not to be outdone, puts down Jill’s speech, communication in their relationship, and even just talking about studying psychology. However, when Al and Ilene come over to watch the speech, they are then treated to the additional footage, which sparks a heated argument between Tim and Jill.

About Grunt Work
Grunt Work is a comedy podcast where each week we cover an episode of the TV show ‘Home Improvement’.

But it’s so much more than that; it’s an examination of masculinity, a time capsule, and “metaphor for how we live[d] in the 90s”. Often, it’s a descent into madness.

Is Grunt Work for You?
We recommend our show for listeners who enjoy comedic takes on pop culture, often veering into the obscure and highfalutin; the perfect blend of stupidity and wit.
